I attempt to complete all commission work within four weeks however this is highly dependant on the complexity of the reference image requested and my current availability, therefore I cannot accept commissions with a guaranteed timeframe for completion unless disclosed explicitly by myself and discussed personally with the client.

I charge minimum living wage, currently standing at £9.50, per hour of work and charge an extra £35 to cover postage and any specific materials needed to complete the piece. This will amount to the total cost of the commission.

A 25% non refundable deposit is required once a commission is agreed and upon completion I will ask for the further 75% before shipping.

Commissions are intended for personal usage only unless explicitly expressed to be for commercial use prior to payment. This will in most circumstances affect the pricing.

Each item is packaged in a fully recyclable tube (due to the nature of this packaging, the contents may need to be weighed down and flattened or framed upon arrival) unless the item is specifically requested by the client to be painted onto a stretched canvas, and shipping will be tracked. Once the item is posted I am not able to take any responsibility for damage and/or lost packages, however I am happy to work alongside clients to assist in any way I can.
